A Louisville native, Dr. John Koch graduated first in his class from both Vanderbilt University in 1987 and the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1992. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies. John completed both residency training in Diagnostic Radiology and a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Massachusetts General Hospital, graduating in 1998. He holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology from the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Koch´s areas of expertise include Vascular and Interventional Radiology with emphasis on peripheral vascular and CT interventions as well as complex biliary/hepatic interventions (including Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunts) and complex genitourinary interventions.Contact
